Open Question: Can You Assist in Deciphering INTRA-LATA Rates from These Documents?

I want to try my luck here and see if I can be successful, as asking AT&T is futile apparently in my efforts. Unless you are good with these types of documents, you may not want to spend a minute trying. This is where I start: http://www.att.com/gen/public-affairs?pid=14123#section3 I go to AT&T LONG DISTANCE > ARKANSAS (for example) > AR INTEREXCHANGE SERVICES > VOICE TARIFF > SECTION 4 - RATES Amazing how many matching "LATAs" are in there. All I want are straight up figures. So, say, a hotel asks me what does the AT&T standard interstate rate costs for their area, I have rates to give them. For example, if someone in California was to ask, I would say 89c per minute with a $4.99 surcharge (as far as I know is still correct). Know what I mean? So, using these examples, what are the hotel's phone charges, for guests for example, calling interstate Arkansas? Am I looking in the right place, or is what I want too general? Thank you for your assistance. God bless you.

Resolved Question: I will be moving to Arkansas from Washington state in 2 to 4 weeks and we will be driving the car there.?

We have a cat. This is a 3 or 4 day drive. The only she has been in a car was when I have taken her to the vet and she seemed pretty concerned the whole time. How can I make her comfortable during the trip? How can I supply water and food without it spilling all over the place? Do hotels allow pets if they are in a carrier, or will I have to like sneak her in? any and all advice and stories of how you have done this in the past would help a lot! Thanks

Resolved Question: In-Laws staying at the House post-Honeymoon?

My husband and I arrived home (Northwest Arkansas) last Saturday. His sister and brother-in-law are in the process on moving from Orlando to Northwest Arkansas. They are staying with us until they close on a house. The process will be over in a week or so. We've been married for less than 2 weeks and have not had any quality-alone time since we got back from our honeymoon, outside of a pizza run. I love his family, they are my family now. I feel that I just need some space but don't know what to do. I have asked my husband if they could stay at a hotel for night ("no" was the answer), I have asked if they would go explore the town -like dinner and a movie for a night- so we could have the house to ourselves ("no" was the answer), and I've tried to ignore it and just come up with some great group activites -such as pizza and movie night- which was nice but not what I'm looking for. Any thoughts?

Resolved Question: Advice about money for road trip?

Hello, I'm just days away from graduating high school and my friend and I would like to take a road trip. We're leaving from Rogers, Arkansas to Spring Valley, California. According to my TomTom it's about a 25 hour trip (if you drive non-stop), and 1,569 miles. My car gets about 25mpg, and we have free housing once we get there (my grandma). We estimate we need about $700 round trip, $350 there and $350 back. My question is, in your opinion do you think this we be enough for the two of us? We will stay in one cheap hotel half way there and back, and eat cheap.

Resolved Question: Should we incorporate in Texas or Arkansas?

My husband and I are starting a new business ~ music contests/trips for high school students from several different states (TX, AR, MO, KS, OK). We live in Texas but the contests will be held in Arkansas with a "day of fun" at Silver Dollar City in Branson, Missouri. The hotels and auditorium for the contests are located in Arkansas. Should we form our LLC in Texas where we own a home and my husband works as a teacher or in Arkansas where the contests will be held and the vendors are located? If we form our company in Texas do we need to file anything in Arkansas (DBA, etc.)?
